Paragon, like Cyclr, is an Embedded iPaaS vendor. Paragon is, however, newer to the market with a less mature product. Paragon are making strong strides in developing their product but have steered away from providing the full feature suite you need in one product, towards providing different ‘modules’ that you need to operate across to achieve your outcomes.
Cyclr is richer in experience than Paragon, we have been building our embedded iPaaS for a much longer period. Cyclr has experience that positions us well for enabling the tricky edge-case integration requirements that all software vendors inevitably have.
Our design ethos is that an embedded iPaaS should save you substantial time and open-up your integration eco-system creation and maintenance to a wider technical and non-technical audience. Cyclr therefore carries a higher degree of abstraction than Paragon.
Cyclr is flexible to scale with your usage and offers additional developer friendly advanced features, so you can roll your sleeves up and get into the technical detail – but only should you choose to do so.

What is the difference between Cyclr and Paragon?
Cyclr is a robust, comprehensively developed, option with very strong pre-made connector coverage and flexible deployment options. Our pre-built and abstracted component offer you the ability to create your own connectors and define your own UI. We provide an intuitive workflow building experience that is applicable to both developers and non-developers alike. It’s a compelling choice when your integration patterns are either standardised or dynamic and complex.
Our pricing model operates as predictable ‘infrastructure’ style, growing in steps as you grow the number of applications you connect to. Cyclr does not charge per integration, triggered integration or per user. We are also agnostic to how many times you use an individual application connector.
Paragon is a technical toolkit but lacks the ability to empower multiple roles (non-dev and dev) in the integration workflow. Paragon is a credible player in the embedded iPaaS space but requires a development team to continue to carry a higher degree of the burden of integration delivery and management. Paragon’s pricing can be initially appealing but can quickly rise as you are charged for every user (with a limit to number of executions), rising linear with the growth in number of users/customers you have.
