What are tasks? ↓
- If an action is unsuccessful or results in an error, an “Incident Task” is recorded. This is typically identified by an HTTP 4xx or 5xx Status Code.
- Integration steps that categorized as “Tools,” such as Decisions and Delays, do not utilize Tasks.
- Any call to an MCP Tool made by an LLM via an MCP Server is recorded as a task (MCP Servers may contain multiple Tools that can be called by LLMs as a single process).
What do you mean by unlimited MCP servers? ↓
You are free to create as many MCP servers as you like – these can groups of tools (as many or as few as you like).
You are able to create dedicated MCP servers around data objects, themes or even risk factors.
Each of these can be published into your own in-app MCP marketplace, so your users can pick and choose which servers they want to enable, authenticate and install in their LLM of choice.
