Working at Cyclr
Who we are as employers
We set out to be a flexible and adaptable employer. We believe that the best teams perform off the back of their own application and initiative.
Our employees are given a high degree of autonomy in their day-to-day work. We trust our team members to make good decisions and we actively encourage everyone to create a healthy work-life balance for themselves.
Where We Work
The Cyclr team work predominantly across the South East of England with access to offices as required in Brighton and/or East Croydon.
We also have monthly team meetings and regular social events to ensure we make face-to-face connections with our teammates and to celebrate our successes.
We are an equal opportunities employer and value diversity at our company. We believe that a diverse and inclusive team has a positive impact on our products and services.
The benefits we provide:
Full time roles are based on 40 hours a week, and we trust you to do your role. We are always open to flexible working practices, and all team members are encouraged to find working patterns that suit both the business and their lifestyle.
Most team members, depending on their role, balance home working with occasional attendance in one of our three office locations.
There is no set allowance for holidays as we understand that from one year to the next your needs will change. We therefore have an uncapped holiday allowance with all leave being agreed in advance with your manager, and subject to business requirements.
Taking the day off on or around your birthday is mandatory, go celebrate!
Learning and Development
As a young company we are all learning and are incredibly open to individual learning programmes that would help you progress in your role.
As we continue to grow there are many opportunities for career progression within the company.
Life is too short to not have fun, so we try to catch up on a monthly basis as a team, as well as get togethers to recognise key events.
We’re a friendly bunch and encourage participation but it is not mandatory.
We offer competitive salaries based on experience and locations, salaries are reviewed annually.
We will cover all travel expenses paid when staff are travelling beyond their usual assigned office location.
Enrolment into a Nest pension scheme is optional and as an employer we contribute 3%.
We also have a generous referral bonus scheme if you can help us find other great team mates.
Maternity and Paternity Leave
We offer enhanced maternity and paternity leave for new parents.
Cycle to Work Scheme
A benefit that saves you money on a new work bike and spread the cost over monthly tax-free instalments through Cyclr.
We are regularly hiring for multiple roles and if you think you would be a good fit, please send a CV and cover to firstname.lastname@example.org
