Cyclr’s 2025 at a Glance

Check out Cyclr’s year in Connectors, time and money saved, growth, new tools and features, videos and blogs.

Updated on by Susanna Fagerholm

2025 was a busy year at Cyclr. We grew our Connector Library even further, shipped a wide range of new and improved platform features, launched a multi-tier partnership programme, and introduced dozens of videos and articles on embedded iPaaS.

Our focus throughout the year has been on making that platform faster, more stable and robust. We gathered together all the highlights of main developments from 2025.

Growing and Improving the Connector Library

Our Connector library has not only significantly grown but it has also undergone great development. Some of our most loved and prominent Connectors have been developed further and now have even more methods/end-points.

Most Loved Connectors from the past year include:

  • Microsoft 365
  • Salesforce
  • Slack
  • Sage CRM
  • Microsoft Dynamics

We have also added new connectors across areas such as finance and accounting, marketing, AI tooling, and logistics. We’ve also built numerous private connectors for our partners for their specific use cases.

Customers and Partners

We’ve had great conversations with our customers this year and discovered just how much time, money and effort Cyclr is saving them.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • On average customs report time savings of up to 80%
  • On average customers saved 2.5k per integration update
  • On average customers scaled their integrations by 2–3 per month

For many product and development teams this resulted in fewer engineering hours spent on one-off integrations and more time dedicated to roadmap work. This means that integrations could be offered to more customers, more rapidly, while keeping maintenance demands under control.

Building an Integration Ecosystem with Partnership Programme

2025 was also the first full year of the Cyclr Partnership Programme. Our multi-tiered partnership structure is designed to help partners grow their own platform while driving better integration solutions for customers. By using Cyclr as part of a wider service and product strategy.

We are closing the year with 14 new signed partnerships across three partnership models:

  • Seller Partnerships
For organisations that refer or resell Cyclr as part of their own go to market activity.
  • Service Partnerships
For system integrators, consulting firms and independent consultants that deliver integration projects, onboarding or support services using Cyclr.
  • Technology Partnerships
For technology providers that want to co develop and market integrated solutions.

The aim for all three partnership types is to offer a way to combine Cyclr’s embedded integration capabilities and with each partner’s own expertise. We look forward to growing this further in 2026.

Embedded iPaaS Platform Enhancements and New Features

One of the biggest projects that we undertook in 2025 was a deep refresh of the core technologies that power Cyclr.

Process of creating a new integration template

Since August, we have been gradually releasing background platform enhancements for improved performance, security, and long-term stability. These changes made Cyclr more responsive across everyday workflows, with speed increases of at least 20% reported across the platform.

Alongside this core platform work, we also rolled out a number of new features. Some of the many new features include:

  • Cypher AI Assistant, our documentation help bot trained on Cyclr documentation
  • SSH Connector for on-premise integrations
  • Custom Object Method Categories for more flexibility with complex integration structures
  • Generic File Downloader, a new Utility Connector for file based integrations
  • New scripting variables
  • Expanded file handling options
  • Resource Center for an easier access to learning materials directly from the console

Smaller quality-of-life improvements also added up over the year, such as clearer access to connector rate limits within the Builder and connector settings.

Together, these changes reduce friction in integration design, making operations more transparent and giving teams additional options when dealing with complex or high volume scenarios.

Technical Advocacy Videos

Technical advocacy played a larger role in 2025, with a focus on showing what embedded integrations look like in practice.

Our technical advocate Wilson has been creating and sharing integration development videos on a range of topics. From AI integrations and competitor comparisons, to solving integration challenges and building API driven business processes. They showcase our embedded iPaaS, its unique features and how using it you can create simple to complex integration workflows.

Aimed at both technical and product audiences, Wilson’s growing collection of videos provide valuable insights and context for SaaS teams evaluating and planning their integration options.

Integration Blog

Our longstanding integration blog has continued to grow in 2025 with popular posts from Hayley, Susanna and Wilson. Each covering a different branch of embedded iPaaS and integration. From industry news and competitor comparisons, to product features and SaaS verticals.

We also published an in-depth report on the status of MCP implementation across SaaS, for teams exploring how to connect AI agents to their existing applications safely.

Closing Thoughts

We’ve had a stellar year developing our product and brand some of the most notable achievements include:

Behind these numbers is a lot of work on platform stability, connector coverage, and learning resources. 2025 was about making Cyclr faster and more robust, expanding what and how teams can connect with their systems.

Thanks to all who have been a part of our 2025 as we look forward to 2026!
