Native Embedded iPaaS
First up, the Native Embedded iPaaS this is our tried, tested and much loved product. It is the proferred choice when you want to deliver integrations directly from within your own SaaS or software product – offering native functionality for your Customers typically using a native marketplace UI.
In other words, this type of embedded iPaaS is ideal for SaaS and software companies that essentially want to embed natively in their application. It accelerates the delivery, management and control of native integrations. If selected as you’re ideal embedded iPaaS as part of your Cyclr onboarding a Connector to your own application API will be built for you and provide you with access to 600+ ready to go application connectors.

A major benefit of this native embedded iPaaS is the unlimited number of integration flows, customers and accounts you can have. Pricing is based on Connectors and overall API call allowance instead. Therefore, you don’t have to worry about not having enough seats or flows.
Native Embedded iPaaS Use Cases
A native embedded iPaaS allows end users to connect apps and data without leaving the product interface. This means end users can connect their CRM to their marketing tools directly inside the product UI. For example, a sales enablement tool offering native integrations to Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gmail.
Alternatively, it could be a fintech platform embedding integrations with QuickBooks, Plaid, and Gusto, all from within its own app. As well as offering integrations that synchronize customer, order, or inventory data across systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, or Shopify. Service Embedded iPaaS
Secondly, we have Cyclr’s Service Embedded iPaaS. This is used when you want to deliver integrations directly to multiple individual customers all from within a single platform in your own managed services environment. This type of embedded iPaaS accelerates delivery of service integrations whilst increasing the level of management and control you have.
How does service differ from native? Well, Service embedded iPaaS use cases differ from natively embedded iPaaS in that the integration functionality is used behind the scenes by services teams, solution engineers, or implementation consultants rather than exposed directly to the end-user in the UI.
An ideal solution if you are a services company and want to deliver service integrations directly from within your product or service. A benefit of this type of embedded iPaaS is that integration flow and Connectors are unlimited. Pricing is principally on base licence plus a cost per account tiered based on monthly API calls.
Service Embedded iPaaS Use Cases
These use cases are about accelerating onboarding, scaling professional services, and delivering custom integrations faster, without having to build everything from scratch or fully expose the integration layer to customers.
For example, building a one-off or semi-custom data pipelines to onboard customers (e.g., import data from legacy systems or CRMs like Salesforce, spreadsheets, or SQL). This means a customer success engineer could use an embedded iPaaS to map and transform customer data from Salesforce to the product’s schema.
Another use case would be to deliver integrations for high-value clients that require tailored data flows not covered by native integrations. For instance, a fintech company builds a custom integration to sync transaction data with a niche accounting system used by an enterprise client.

Branded Embedded iPaaS
Branded embedded iPaaS use cases refer to scenarios where a SaaS company white-labels or custom-brands an iPaaS experience. This allows end users to configure integrations in a seamless, on-brand interface. These integrations are typically built and maintained by the SaaS company but powered by an embedded iPaaS under the hood.
This approach combines the UX of native integrations with the flexibility and scalability of an iPaaS, but fully under the SaaS brand. This is why Cyclr’s Branded Embedded iPaaS is used and ideal when you want to provide your customers with access to a value-add integration platform enhancing connectivity.

Branded Embedded iPaaS Use Cases
One such branded use case is an app directory where users can discover, install, and manage integrations—all within your branded UI. For instance, a project management SaaS offers a “Connect Apps” tab branded as its own integration center, powered by an embedded iPaaS like Cyclr. This is useful as it can increase customer stickiness and enables monetization of integrations.
Alternatively, offer pre-configured workflows or data syncs under your product branding (e.g., “Sync leads from Facebook Ads to your CRM”).
