What is an embedded iPaaS?
An embedded iPaaS (integration platform as a service) lets a SaaS company add and manage integrations inside its product or service without building every connector and workflow from scratch.
At Cyclr we’ve been developing our embedded integration technology for some time now (since 2013!) so SaaS platforms and apps, can enhance the speed and scale at which they can serve their customers’ integration needs — all natively from within their applications.
Now we’ve introduced a few different flavours of our beloved embedded iPaaS platform. Now you can discover our range of embedded iPaaS products, each designed to suit specific types of verticals and industries.
They are Native, Service and Branded Embedded iPaaS.
Quick answer: Which embedded iPaaS is right for you?
The right option depends on who uses the integrations and how you want to deliver them:
- Choose Native Embedded iPaaS if you’re a software or SaaS company that wants customers to access integrations directly inside your product.
- Choose Service Embedded iPaaS if your services, onboarding, or implementation team builds and manages integrations for customers behind the scenes.
- Choose Branded Embedded iPaaS if you want to offer a white-labeled or custom-branded integration platform that customers can use under your brand.
In short
- Native = integrations inside your product UI
- Service = integrations managed by your team for customers
- Branded = a white-labeled integration experience under your brand
Native Embedded iPaaS
Native Embedded iPaaS is best for SaaS and software companies that want customers to use integrations directly inside their product UI.
With this model, integrations appear as a native part of your application, often through an embedded marketplace or in-app integration center. It helps product teams launch and manage integrations faster while keeping the user experience inside their own platform.
Cyclr’s Native Embedded iPaaS includes access to 600+ ready-to-use connectors and supports unlimited integration flows, customers, and accounts, with pricing based on connectors and API usage.

It’s perfect for those who are a product company and want to deliver integrations directly from within your product or service.
A major benefit of this native embedded iPaaS is the unlimited number of integration flows, customers and accounts you can have. Pricing is based on Connectors and overall API call allowance instead. Therefore, you don’t have to worry about not having enough seats or flows.
Native Embedded iPaaS Use Cases
A native embedded iPaaS allows end users to connect apps and data without leaving the product interface. This means end users can connect their CRM to their marketing tools directly inside the product UI. For example, a sales enablement tool offering native integrations to Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gmail.
Alternatively, it could be a fintech platform embedding integrations with QuickBooks, Plaid, and Gusto, all from within its own app. As well as offering integrations that synchronize customer, order, or inventory data across systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, or Shopify. The integration possibilities can be endless.
Simplesat and Force24 Native Embedded iPaaS Success
Don’t just take our word for how great our native embedded iPaaS is, you can read how several of our customers use it to, in Simplesat’s case, improve customer experiences through insightful data and meaningful interactions.
“Cyclr gives us the ability to never say no. Now, we always say, yeah, we can do that. We can build integrations quickly so we can satisfy client use cases and build solutions for them based on their feedback.
Our integrations page has grown a lot, rather it’s exploded and our usage of Cyclr will continue to grow! Hopefully, we can keep the same momentum of two new integrations per month.”
Elliot Fox, Head of Customer Success at Simplesat

As well as, in Force24’s case, increase connectivity and expand internal integrations with a lower overhead.
“With Cyclr we can integrate with a considerably higher number of different systems with a much lower overhead. As well as enhance our customer’s CRM data through important and dynamic two-way integrations.
The support really needs to be screamed and shouted about because the time you have to work through any of our questions or issues is really what sold Cyclr to us.
It is also a big reason why we haven’t looked anywhere else.”
Luke Brewin, Head of Transformation at Force24

Service Embedded iPaaS
Service Embedded iPaaS is best for companies whose internal teams build and manage integrations for customers behind the scenes.
Instead of exposing integration setup directly to end users, this model is designed for services teams, solution engineers, and implementation consultants. It helps you deliver customer-specific integrations faster while keeping control in a single managed environment.
This option is especially useful for onboarding, custom implementations, and high-value customer projects where tailored workflows are needed.

An ideal solution if you are a services company and want to deliver service integrations directly from within your product or service. A benefit of this type of embedded iPaaS is that integration flow and Connectors are unlimited. Pricing is principally on base licence plus a cost per account tiered based on monthly API calls.
Service Embedded iPaaS Use Cases
These use cases are about accelerating onboarding, scaling professional services, and delivering custom integrations faster, without having to build everything from scratch or fully expose the integration layer to customers.
For example, building a one-off or semi-custom data pipelines to onboard customers (e.g., import data from legacy systems or CRMs like Salesforce, spreadsheets, or SQL). This means a customer success engineer could use an embedded iPaaS to map and transform customer data from Salesforce to the product’s schema.
Another use case would be to deliver integrations for high-value clients that require tailored data flows not covered by native integrations. For instance, a fintech company builds a custom integration to sync transaction data with a niche accounting system used by an enterprise client.
Branded Embedded iPaaS
Branded Embedded iPaaS is best for companies that want to offer a customer-facing integration platform under their own brand.
In this model, users can discover, configure, and manage integrations through a seamless on-brand experience, while the underlying integration technology is powered by an embedded iPaaS. It combines the flexibility of an iPaaS with a customer experience that feels fully yours.
This approach is ideal if you want to add a value-added integration platform, improve customer stickiness, or create monetization opportunities around integrations.

Our agreement will start with a Private Cloud implementation of Cyclr, dedicated to your customers and we will speak to you about configuring the right level of service, support and branding to meet your specific needs.
Branded Embedded iPaaS Use Cases
One such branded use case is an app directory where users can discover, install, and manage integrations—all within your branded UI. For instance, a project management SaaS offers a “Connect Apps” tab branded as its own integration center, powered by an embedded iPaaS like Cyclr. This is useful as it can increase customer stickiness and enables monetization of integrations.
Alternatively, offer pre-configured workflows or data syncs under your product branding (e.g., “Sync leads from Facebook Ads to your CRM”). A B2B SaaS product promotes a “One-click Google Sheets sync” branded as a proprietary feature (but powered by an embedded iPaaS). This use case removes friction from setup and improves onboarding experience.
