Product Spotlight

There have been multiple product updates in June these include:

  • API update: child transaction counts now included
    • This means the GET /v1.0/cycles/{cycleId}/transactions endpoint now returns a count of child Transactions for each parent when Collection Splitting is used, providing clearer visibility into integration execution detail.
  • New scripting variable: cyclr_account_timezone
    • This means script steps can now reference the Account’s configured timezone (e.g. Europe/London) via the new cyclr_account_timezone variable, so you can customize date/time handling to match each customer’s local time.

The biggest product update is Cypher , Cyclr’s Documentation help bot. Currently in Beta and available on the Community Site, our new documentation chat bot, Cypher, can help with any questions you might have, from creating and managing templates, accounts, marketplaces, the Cyclr API and much more.

Managing a Composable Commerce Integration Stack for Advanced Customer Segmentation with Cyclr!

Looking to get more from your composable commerce stack? In Wilson’s latest integration episode he focuses on how to manage a composable commerce integration stack.

The integration tutorial demonstrates how to build a set of integration workflows that connect apps like Oracle NetSuite, ActiveCampaign, and HubSpot using Cyclr. You’ll see how to retrieve sales and customer data, segment contacts based on behaviour, trigger targeted promotions, and set up a maintenance flow to keep everything running smoothly.

Where does iPaaS fit with Composable Commerce?

The rise of Composable Commerce has ushered in a new era of agility and customisation in eCommerce architecture. Businesses can now build their ideal business flow by assembling best-fit modules from different systems. Just like creating your own LEGO figure with the bricks you choose.

Composable Commerce enables greater flexibility, faster innovation, and a tailored customer experience. However, with that flexibility comes a new level of complexity. That’s where iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) enters the conversation.

Customer Success Story

Are you curious about how Cyclr enables our partners to grow? We’re excited to share Neural Voice’s success story!

Neural Voice is a voice-to-voice AI software that allows users to speak to an AI Voice Agent. They chose to implement Cyclr after the platform was recommended by a colleague as they had previously used Cyclr for 10 years in various businesses. They encouraged Neural Voice to utilise Cyclr for their integration needs.

💡 Solution

Cyclr has eliminated the need for Neural Voice to build new integrations from scratch every time they think of something they’d like to do. Instead, they pass all the information to Cyclr and use it as an ETL. This is all based on whatever their customer needs are.
