Cyclr is a young, expanding, SaaS company that provides a low code embedded integration solution for other SaaS and software businesses globally.

The company is rapidly growing with a diverse range of customers and employees, with team members expanding by 200% in the past two years.

Who we are as employers

We are set out to be a flexible and adaptable employer. We believe that the best teams perform off the back of their own application and initiative, and not because they are all made to fit in the same box.

The most important thing to us is that our staff perform their role, deliver against expectation and that they are happy. We employ responsible adults and we treat people as such. We therefore offer a high degree of autonomy when it comes to some of the more standard terms of employment.

Flexible Working

We are always open to flexible working practices and all team members are encouraged to find working patterns that suit both the business and their lifestyle.

Most team members, depending on their role, balance home working with occasional attendance in one of our three office locations.

Holiday

There is no set allowance for holidays as we understand that from one year to the next your needs will change. We therefore have an uncapped holiday policy with all leave being agreed in advance with your manager and subject to business requirements.

We do implement a mandatory day off on or around your birthday, go celebrate!

Learning and Development

As a young company we are always learning and are incredibly open to individual learning programmes that would help you progress in your role.

As we continue to grow there are many opportunities for career progression within the company.

Social

Life is too short to not have fun, so we try to catch up on a monthly basis as a team across the three locations, as well as get togethers to recognise key events.

We’re a friendly bunch and encourage participation but it is not mandatory.

Compensation

We offer competitive salaries based on experience and locations, salaries are reviewed annually.

Travel Costs

We will cover all travel expenses paid when staff are travelling beyond their usual assigned office location.

Pension

You’ll be auto enrolled into a Nest pension scheme  and as an employer we’ll contribute 3%.

Referral Scheme

We have a generous referral bonus scheme if you can help us find other great team mates.

Maternity and Paternity Leave

We offer enhanced maternity and paternity leave for new parents.

Cycle to Work Scheme

The Cycle to work scheme is an employee benefit that allows you to save money on a new work bike and spread the cost over monthly tax-free instalments through your employer.
