Chat integrations offer organisations the functionality to improve their customer service and user experience, as well as engage with their employees and streamline processes.

Another way they can be incorporated with commercial tools is by triggering email reminders. For example, when a customer has expressed interest in a product. As well as offering real-time discounts when onsite.
